Rigby Lake

A couple weeks ago, some friends invited us up to Egin Lake at the Sand Dunes so I got everyone ready with all the beach gear and packed a picnic in the cooler. We drove up to the lake and hauled all of our stuff to the water. Hyrum was scared to death from all the noise the 4 wheelers and motorbikes were making that he insisted on being carried. As soon as we get to the water, James notices some leeches...... ugh! He walks around the lake a bit and just keeps finding more and more. There was NO way we were going to put the kids in that lake... plus Hyrum wouldn't even let his feet hit the sand due to all the noise. We decided we would head out to good ol' Rigby Lake instead. The lake was just starting to get busy when we arrived, but we still got a good spot. Hyrum was in SUCH a BAD mood-- it was insane!! I have never seen a little boy hate sand and water more in my life. He just whined and cried the WHOLE time. Poor Isa was having the time of her life, but we had to leave after just one hour because I couldn't handle one more second of his whining. He is going through some weird stage where he is super naughty/cries/hits/refuses nap/and is scared of any loud noises. It has been almost 2 weeks and I think he is just about done with it..... oy, it has DRAINED me. I want my sweet little boy back :) Here are some pics of us at the lake-
