"Parents must bring light and truth into their homes by one family prayer, one scripture study session, one family home evening, one book read aloud, one song, and one family meal at a time. They know that the influence of righteous, conscientious, persistent, daily parenting is among the most powerful and sustaining forces for good in the world. The health of any society, the happiness of its people, their prosperity, and their peace all find common roots in the teaching of children in the home." - Elder L. Tom Perry

Trip to the Museum
A couple Saturday's ago we took the kids to the Idaho Falls Museum. They have the "Wolf to Woof: A Story of Dogs" exhibit going on. Hyrum is REALLY into dogs right now and the weather was really bad so we thought it would be a great indoor activity for our family. The kids really had a great time. No crying, whining, running or yelling- so it was a GOOD day!! Isabelle really liked listening to termites in the doggy ears. Hyrum kept walking around growling and woofing like a dog :) It was a fun little day for our family!
just realized I don't have your email address! Saw your post on my blog....anxious to hear what you think of food inc when you are done...we already ate pretty healthy around here, but this really made me take things one step further. Been amazing! I feel so much better!
