"Parents must bring light and truth into their homes by one family prayer, one scripture study session, one family home evening, one book read aloud, one song, and one family meal at a time. They know that the influence of righteous, conscientious, persistent, daily parenting is among the most powerful and sustaining forces for good in the world. The health of any society, the happiness of its people, their prosperity, and their peace all find common roots in the teaching of children in the home." - Elder L. Tom Perry

Rupert

Isabelle has become ATTACHED to this stuffed doggie... and his name is Rupert. He has to go EVERYWHERE she goes. She plays with him all day long- pretends he is crying so she can take care of him, feeds him pretend dog food, puts him to sleep, changes his diaper, gives him piggy back rides, he gives her horsey rides... and on and on :) When she eats, Rupert must be placed somewhere nearby where he can "see" her. He is becoming a bit dirty, but poor Isa thinks Rupert will get HURT if I put him in the washer... oh the drama of a 2 year old ;)
