"Dear Heavenly Father, thankful for this day. Bless we can all be healthy. Bless we can share our toys and that Hyrum can share his toys and I can walk around and share my toys and everyone can share toys with mommy...in the name of Jesus Christ, AMEN."
Wow. I guess we talk A LOT about sharing at our house :)
We usually let Isa choose who reads her bedtime stories at night. Tonight James enthusiastically asked, "Isa, who gets to put you to sleep tonight?!!" She said, "DADDY!!! *long pause*, then in a soft voice, "but I want mommy to put me to sleep because she's sooo beautiful."
I love my little girl :)
To make the night even better, Hyrum learned how to say "AMEN"- he will even bow his head and fold his arms--too cute!! He is at the age of learning a new word every day. This particular stage of a child's life always amazes me. I took him to the doctor yesterday for his 18mth wellness visit. His stats are:
Weight: 23 lbs 11 oz (21%)
Height: 33 in (71%)
The visit went as expected- I had to pry him off of my body just to turn him to face the doctor. Oy. He does not like doctor visits. Fortunately he was up to date on all his shots so he didn't need any and won't until he turns 2!
