"Parents must bring light and truth into their homes by one family prayer, one scripture study session, one family home evening, one book read aloud, one song, and one family meal at a time. They know that the influence of righteous, conscientious, persistent, daily parenting is among the most powerful and sustaining forces for good in the world. The health of any society, the happiness of its people, their prosperity, and their peace all find common roots in the teaching of children in the home." - Elder L. Tom Perry

Over the weekend James and I went shopping for a new bed. The one we sleep on now is so uncomfortable; it should have been illegal to sell it! We decided that our christmas present this year to each other would be a new bed... so we went to town and tried out several different mattresses and I think we found the one we want. Grandma Watson was more than happy to watch Isabelle while we went shopping. We also picked up a "Signing with Baby" book for Isabelle. We plan on teaching her some sign language when she is about 6 months or so.

Here are some pictures of Isabelle that I took over the weekend.

Grandma Stone sent this cute outfit to Isabelle- she's growing up so fast!
