"Parents must bring light and truth into their homes by one family prayer, one scripture study session, one family home evening, one book read aloud, one song, and one family meal at a time. They know that the influence of righteous, conscientious, persistent, daily parenting is among the most powerful and sustaining forces for good in the world. The health of any society, the happiness of its people, their prosperity, and their peace all find common roots in the teaching of children in the home." - Elder L. Tom Perry

Time Outs, Mommy Dates, and Pool Parties

Sienna was trying to crawl.  She never did crawl though, she chose to scoot on her bum and use her arms like a monkey to propel herself forward.  Funniest thing EVER!
We made bubble gum one day... that was actually quite complicated.

Sienna turned 1!!  Grandma flew in to celebrate with us.  We were getting ready for church in these pics!

Florida is a vacation for me.  EVERYDAY!!  Haha, so not literally, but it really is so much fun!  It is such a change for me.  I have always worked all day every day, and then on top of that had to take care of the home and family, so to be a stay at home mom is the best thing EVER!!  We love to go swimming.  Pretty much every day.  It does make a lot of laundry though....
SiSi has been screaming A LOT whenever she doesn't get her way.  We decided it was time for her first time out!  She looks so cute and innocent in her time out chair :)
Isa is a reading machine right now and expressed interest in some Magic Tree House books... so James ordered her ALL 45 of them!  Crazy guy, lol.
Hyrum has the best little girl buddy.  Her name is Reese and they are glued at the hip, even when they watch a movie.  Could they get any closer?!  So cute!  She is just the sweetest girl ever too!
Fun things to do with mommy:
Isa wanted to bake ballerina cupcakes...DONE!  It was so fun!
Hyrum wanted to have a date at Wendy's... DONE! Just as fun!
I love spending time with these kids!

Another fun pool party with friends at the Keilman's!!
