"Parents must bring light and truth into their homes by one family prayer, one scripture study session, one family home evening, one book read aloud, one song, and one family meal at a time. They know that the influence of righteous, conscientious, persistent, daily parenting is among the most powerful and sustaining forces for good in the world. The health of any society, the happiness of its people, their prosperity, and their peace all find common roots in the teaching of children in the home." - Elder L. Tom Perry

More of Cali Trip

Sienna wasn't liking any new people except Great Grandma Stone :)  She is the sweetest little lady EVER.  Kids always adore her.  We love her to pieces!  Sienna was wanting to snuggle with her Great Grandma during Sacrament in Escondido.

The kids love LegoLand! We met up with Lydia's family and had some fun- unfortunately Sienna was teething super bad... like it turned into an infection in her mouth bad.  Why is it kids get sick when you go on vacations?!  Story of our life.  Luckily the kids still had a blast, but we couldn't hang as long as we wanted to.  Legoland is soooo kid friendly and I prefer it over Busch Gardens and Disney World!

The San Diego, California is my absolute favorite.  It is so beautiful.  James took these pictures the night of his brother, Conrad's endowment.  It was a wonderful evening and James was so glad we made the trip so he could be there to support his brother and his decision to go on a mission.
