"Parents must bring light and truth into their homes by one family prayer, one scripture study session, one family home evening, one book read aloud, one song, and one family meal at a time. They know that the influence of righteous, conscientious, persistent, daily parenting is among the most powerful and sustaining forces for good in the world. The health of any society, the happiness of its people, their prosperity, and their peace all find common roots in the teaching of children in the home." - Elder L. Tom Perry

Loaders!!!

Hyrum is OBSESSED with loaders. He has a loader book, several loader toys, and talks about loaders non stop. My parents have a loader at the shop that he insists on climbing in every day. He will sit in it for at least an hour... until Grandma started it up one day and took him for a ride. Now sitting in the loader is totally lame- he must DRIVE the loader!!! Doesn't he have the coolest Grandma that will let him drive the loader with her?! When ever it is Hyrum's turn to be in charge of the activity we do on family night, he ALWAYS chooses playing loaders. It consists of all of us digging our loaders out of mud and then hopping in them and driving all around the house. Here he is driving his "loader" at home: (don't forget to turn my music off at the bottom of the page so you can hear)
LOVE THIS KID :)
