"Parents must bring light and truth into their homes by one family prayer, one scripture study session, one family home evening, one book read aloud, one song, and one family meal at a time. They know that the influence of righteous, conscientious, persistent, daily parenting is among the most powerful and sustaining forces for good in the world. The health of any society, the happiness of its people, their prosperity, and their peace all find common roots in the teaching of children in the home." - Elder L. Tom Perry

Easter

We have church at 9am so we had to hurry hurry Sunday morning. The kids each had 6 eggs to find and then they had some treats on the table from the Easter bunny. We had 3 family home evenings explaining the real meaning behind Easter, so by Easter Sunday they understood what a special day it was.

All dressed up for church! My mom got Isa's dress for $8.50! SCORE!!

Hyrum's nursery leader's said that he is the most well-behaved little boy they have EVER had in there. He never hits, takes toys, he always says please and thank you and listens very well. They wish every kid in nursery acted like him. I reassured them that he definitely has not so perfect moments at home :) They also said that all he needs is a briefcase and he could be on wall street because he always dresses so nice....haha! We have an interesting ward ;)
