"Parents must bring light and truth into their homes by one family prayer, one scripture study session, one family home evening, one book read aloud, one song, and one family meal at a time. They know that the influence of righteous, conscientious, persistent, daily parenting is among the most powerful and sustaining forces for good in the world. The health of any society, the happiness of its people, their prosperity, and their peace all find common roots in the teaching of children in the home." - Elder L. Tom Perry

I Love My Girl

Lately, Isabelle will find ways to entertain herself while mommy cleans the house... I can give her a pudding cup and that will keep her occupied for at least 20 minutes :)
She is always willing to help stir brownies...
She takes her socks and shoes off within seconds of getting into her carseat...
And now, she refuses to take a nap... on this day she yelled "mommy" for 25 minutes straight in her crib... when I brought her back downstairs she wanted to sit on the couch with Grandpa to eat fries and watch cartoons. Crazy Girl!
